We took a ferry from Victoria to Vancouver. This ferry ride was so relaxing. I even got to see a whale jump and spray its water all around. It was a good ride.

We got off on Horseshoe bay. My 2 year old slept off, so we took a drive along the sea to sky highway. It was so gorgeous. The vast ocean on on side and mountains on the other. Perfect name for this highway. I loved the entire drive and there was so many different parks and point to check out. We just stopped by at the Browning lake. Something for the future to explore.

English Bay, Sunset Beach Park
My son is huge fan of water, sand and rocks. You give them these and he will happily play for hours. So these beaches were his favorite. He would refuse to come back to the car.

Kitsilano Beach

Stanley Park
This huge park is so good. There is so much to do and explore. Parking was kind of weird. We wanted to do many spots but each spot won’t take us that long. Parking meters were per place. So you will have to pay in each of the points you visit.
Prospect Point and Sea wall– Beautiful views of the water and bridge and mountains. We walked to the seawall. The stroll there was so calming.

Aquarium and Train ride

Aquarium wasn’t as much fun as thought. The place was good, just that my son didn’t enjoy as much. The train on the other hand was so much fun to all of us. It was drizzling and the woods were like rainforest. It was nice. Coming back for more Vancouver!
